Anyway Press is an independent publishing house originally started as Whatever Press.
It was originally a self-publishing project which was a part of my practice of my master degree at Central Saint Martins. What I wanted to build was a playground to experiment with the “English-of-the-everyday”. By deconstructing elements of the English language and reconstructing them in the different context, the publications intend to nudge the audience to reflect on spoken English, and the unconscious ways in which it shapes our perception of reality.
The name derives from its motto “Whatever you have in your mind, let’s make it happen!”.

5 years later, I (finally) decided to work on the project again with the new name Anyway Press - “Anyway, let’s start making. And see where it takes me.”

Though the name has been changed, this space holds the same spirit to encourages ones to try ideas stupid or serious through the act of self-publishing with the form of printed matters.
